到英国工作一年签证怎么办？
谢邀~ 题主好，我是在英国工作的中国同胞。 我觉得这个问题应该分成几个部分来分析。 你在英国找什么样的工作？ 是Tier1 General， Tier2 Skilled Workers， Tier 5， 还是别的什么签证类型呢？ 这边一般不区分雇主担保和劳工移民。
你现在的学历是什么？ 如果是在英本科或研究生学历的话（包括Master by Research 和 Doctoral Degree），那么可以自动申请Tier2的3年长期签证；如果是本科和专科，或者只有非研究类的Master Degree， Bachelor degree， PGCE， 或者Diploma/Certificate Level 4以上文凭，那只能申请2年的Tier 2 Visas. 当然如果你是博士在读的话，也可以先以Tier 4 Student Visa的方式过来读书，然后在最后一年转成Tier 2 Job Seeker Visa， 不过这个操作起来比较麻烦。 除了上面提到的两种情况之外，如果你的雅思成绩在7分以上，也有机会直接申请到3-5年长期签证。 你可以去考一个IELTS General Training， 这个考试是针对工作签证的。
如果你已经找到工作了，那还比较好办; 但问题是现在很多公司都不接受Tier2 Visitor VISA， 这种临时签证通常只用于没有永久劳动合同的人，比如一些实习或是短期的咨询项目之类的职位。 所以如果你只是单纯的想去工作一段时间而并不想留在英国的话， 可以考虑一下其他类型的签证，比如在英留学期间合法打工的学生签证(T4)， 短期旅游签证 (6个月以内) 等等。
要满足以下条件才可以申请： A. You must be in a job which is on the government's list of approved occupations， and your salary must meet certain requirements depending on whether you are applying for a one year visa or two years’ work experience visa with a work permit extension option. B. Your sponsor business has enough financial backing to cover all costs associated with employing an overseas worker， including paying for their accommodation during their first six months when they arrive here and setting up bank accounts for them. C. There aren't any qualified British workers available for this role. D. All employers have been subject to stringent checks before being given permission to recruit people from outside the European Economic Area (EEA)， Switzerland， Norway， Iceland and Liechtenstein. E. Employers can only employ migrants once every seven years unless there are compelling reasons why that would not be appropriate， and F.
